Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

  1. Product Images and Information: All product images and related information (such as descriptions, pricing, specifications, etc.) must be provided by the client. We do not take responsibility for obtaining or creating product images or information.
  2. Contract Agreement: Before starting the project, a formal contract must be signed by both parties. This contract will outline the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. Work on the project will commence only after the contract is signed.
  3. Domain and Hosting: We offer a one-year free domain and hosting service for your website under our hosting plan. After the first year, the client is responsible for the renewal of domain and hosting services. We will only provide domain and hosting with our side, and no external hosting services will be used unless specifically discussed and agreed upon in advance.
  4. Payment Terms: A 10% advance payment is required to initiate the project. The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed terms in the contract.
  5. Project Timeline: The project will be completed within the specified timeline based on the selected plan (Basic, Advance, or Premium). Any delays due to client-side issues (e.g., delayed content submission or approval) may affect the delivery date.
  6. Maintenance and Support: Maintenance and support services will be provided according to the selected maintenance plan. The duration and scope of these services are detailed in the agreement and are subject to additional charges beyond the agreed terms.
  7. Changes and Revisions: Any major changes to the project scope after the commencement of work will require additional charges and will be outlined in a revised contract or addendum.
  8. Liability: We will not be held liable for any issues related to content, product information, or images provided by the client. The client is responsible for ensuring all content is accurate and legally compliant.
  9. Termination of Service: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If the client terminates the project before completion, the advance payment is non-refundable, and any completed work will be billed as per the agreement.
  10. Non-Refundable Advance: If the client decides to cancel the project after the work has started, the 10% advance payment is non-refundable. The work already completed, including any preliminary designs, developments, or research, will be billed according to the project’s scope and will not be refunded. This applies regardless of the client’s decision to cancel the project after the start of work.
